I don't know. Maybe it is just that today's topics I found insightful and interesting. but this afternoons discussions were among some of the best I have participated in as a whole for several months.

Good day at the guitar pub. I raise my glass to you all

Indeed. I have been wanting to start a thread like for a couple of weeks;

I have to say that this community of luthiers is the best on the web, and that's no cliche.

This place fuels my passion for guitar building, but seasons it with time-tested wisdom that the Master Luthiers have experienced- words of wisdom as well as practicalities that I have found to be sooo sooo true in my limited experience and observation.

It true for me to say that sometimes I feel like I am a peasant feasting at the King's table.

I say a heartfelt thanks for all the generosity of information that has been offered here. I have a file full of the stuff in my shop.

And no, I'm not drunk, honeshhthtly!!! *thud*

Me too, several things I've read on here lately have sent me to the shop with a hop in my step.

Thanks to all that participated.

Me too, I am excited to try some of the stuff I have learned here. I want to finish building my bender first. And then there is that hand-dovetailed drawer I have to fit to my bedside table. Oh, and get my son to college next week. The lawn needs some work as does the gutters. And...and...and...and (sigh)
