I have some open gear Gotoh mini tuners that came with white plastic buttons. I'd like to make ebony button replacements.  Does anyone have a tutorial on best way to do this?

I'd like to have some idea how to do this as well. For those of you in the US, buying them may not be an issue, but for the rest of us, shipping can double the price of the product. Besides, who doesn't want to learn a new trick.
