Thanks Joe -
I go through spells where I just have to completely get away from playing, both for time reasons and also because im tired of hearing myself play the same thing over and over
Lately I’ve been reenergized and have been learning a song called "Across the Fields" By Colin Reed, its played in dadgad, what a refreshing sound.

Lance,
I know the feeling. I get stuck in a rut too at times. It seems like it happens more and more lately. sometimes all it takes is a fresh outlook.

I love dagad tuning. I like how I can play it with drone strings and make a guitar sound like a dulcimer or a zither.
