After the implosion of my last attempt at a Christmas quiz, us plucky Brits never know when to give up so here is another attempt.

The humour gene runs deep in the family and the girls gave me this as one of my presents:



Suggestions are invited for innovative, interesting, humorous or plain daft potential uses for these in guitar making.

Failing that suggestions of what to do to cheese with them (apart from cheese sculptures!!) would be graefully recieved.

"Cheesy" prizes in due course for the best suggestions.

Oh that's easy. They double as disassemly (repair) tools and also used for Venetian plaster effect. You haven't seen it on guitars yet, but I plan to market it soon. The Italians LOVE this lookTerry Stowell38711.6673958333

Dave, the one on the far right is obviously meant for fretboard removal. I'd use the "fork" to make the holes for side dots. It might also work for string spacing in nut layout. Of course any of them could be used for
removing cheese from your guitar.

   I wanna set I can see lots of uses , the wide and flat ones for poping fingerboars and bridges . I like the fork I bet that will be great to work under loose braces and things inside.

I have the two outer tools that I've used for disassembly for years. I
picked them up at a second hand store, and never new what they were
originally intended for until now. The first one makes a great wedge to
seperate a back or top from a side as you are removing it or working glue
in. I just used it for a mandolin back last week.

On second thought, use them for what they were intended, but make it part of your build. Deliver the guitar...get some nice cheese, bread, and wine and....celebrate.

Any that you cant find a use for send to Frank Ford because there has never been a handheld utensil he has not been able to modify into that ever so needed guitar repair tool

Let's see. The 2nd from the left is a slide for a Dobro, with handle. The next is obviously a tuning fork. I'm not sure about the other 2 yet, but I bet they could slice butter.
