I saw this today in an ad in a woodworking magazine. I thought I would throw it out for those of you looking into upgrading your sharpening system.

Has anyone tried it?

I have a question about this and other systems.... the compound combined with the leather is supposed to take out those huge 600 grit scratches, while maintaining an accurate edge?

I'd buy that system or a similar one if I believed it were anywhere near as accurate as the scary sharp method or using traditional whetstones.... Any try these sorts of things?

Regards,
Joshua French
