Ron very clean, tasteful looking guitar(even though it's a dred ) It does look British though, are you sure your not over here? Love the sheen on the finish, makes the wood really speak for itself. Your woodworking skills are right up there, but so are your aesthetics. Nice job.

Awesome first effort

The second one goes together much faster when you don't have to keep stopping to make a jig.

Looks great, very clean workmanship! I like the simple appointments a lot as
well. How does the cherry sound? Comparable to mahogany? Did you use a
bolt on nec attachment with glued FB extension?

Thanks, Laurent

I really like the sound. Very full and clean.
It is a bolt on neck, using the barrel cross nuts and the FB is glued down.

Ron, if you're not tired of hearing it by now, let me also say well done. (If you are tired, then don't do such a fine job next time!)

Obviously not your last! Keep up the good work and get rid of the stress. Enjoy your guitar and relax. I am sure you are dreaming of the next one. So I look forward to seeing the next one.

Thanks again guys. I'm so overwhelmed with your comments. As all of you who have been here know, it is just so gratifying after such painstaking and intense concentration. The finest woodworking high I've ever experienced. I think we should all smoke a cigarette, except those who have just quit, of course.
Now I need to find someone a lot better than me to play for me so I can hear it.

Ron

I am awed!

My first is a lumber store special that has little sustain and booms a bit but when Sinister Dave Minister of Santa Cruz, CA played it he made it come alive!
