Does anybody know where I can find some 1/8" hex rod stock like an allan wrench would be made from. I need to bend my own truss rod adjusting wrenches kind of like the ones that come with a Larrivee.
Why? because there is to much distance from the soundhole edge to the neck joint where the truss rod nut is for any ordinary hex key. (it's a 13 fret) I also have a soundhole support design that I don't want to have to cut clearance for a straight key.

My favorite place for small parts is Small
Parts
.
They only seem to have hex rod in Stainless Steel. I thought I have seen it is
plain steel in the past. Perhaps a little more digging through their index
would find it.
