Zoot!!!!
I have a client that has commisioned me to build a Honduran Rosewood guitar. As I was digging thru my stack, I found this little note of a back set that came from the Zootman. It seems JJ was hangin out with Bob and lusting after my stuff. I wouldn't have blamed you for taking it home as like all of Bob's wood it is a killer set.

John I've wondering how long it would take for you to see that note from JJ. That was last Thanksgiving weekend.

Yeah I got quite a kick out of that. Small world huh?
Hey Bob, This is pretty much an all Zootman guitar, That's one of your Carpathian tops there as well.

Hey John, Are you going to incorporate those beautifully contrasting sapwood stripes, or cut on the dotted line?

Why go to the trouble of putting in as decorative back strip if you don't have too.

I'm the same way! If the wood has that extra "effect" why use a back strip!
Nice zoot!!

John...Glad you finally found the message. That was so long ago I almost forgot I ever scribbled the note.

I didn't forget that wood however...that going to be a great guitar for some lucky client!

Never quite know what you might find, huh?
