I'll be there. Can hardly wait, though I'm not ready yet.

Steve
big ditto for not ready. I stopped taking shop orders for shipping until after GAL. Still have about 100 acoustic sets (30 figured claro walnut) to cut plus mando sets, binding stock (koa, walnut, fiddleback ash, satinwood, snakewood, fiddleback mahogany, etc.),plus flamed redwood top sets, plus more burls for Rosette and head plates and...and...and..oh yeah..I just took an opportunity project harvesting a nearly 5' diameter quilted maple tree with giant burls at the stump..with a short removal deadline

Check out this display Amboyna burl rosette made for me by a local (Eugene, OR) builder Rebecca Urlacher. She's only a few guitars into it, but take note of the name. She'll have a great myrtlewood guitar displayed on my tables with an amboyna rosette similar to this...stop by and check it out.

Larry--bring it all! Especially the burled/quilted maple!
Are you going to be selling some of that Amboyna burl?
Holy cow, that's fabulous!

Steve

You bet...I'll have the amboyna burl (I think it's still a fav of C. Fox for rosette tiles), thuya burl, mesquite burl and maple burl. Jeff Elliot does the sappy amboyna rosettes, too.

Space will be a problem with only two tables so I'm going vertical with shelves. We have two guitars and a bass to show also....

I'm considering taking photos of all the back sets and putting them on my lap top for guys to look at first, then pick the set from inventory but I may not have time....

I'll have some well figured genuine mahogany, fiddleback Euro and Jananese (tamo) ash, dense black limba, makore, koa, myrtlewood, birdseye zebrawood in 000 size. flamed and spalted rock maple and a whole lot more. oh....some of the acrylized wood I do of course. oh..and some blanks of flamed Euro maple for U-cut as I don't think I'll have time to cut everything.

Wow, Larry, you're busy, man. You can ignore the PM I sent you... we'll talk at the convention. And I can't wait to see everything you're bringing. That Amboyna burl rosette is fantastic.

How am I ever going to keep any money in my bank account???
