Just about missed your post.
Yeah, Rodney bought his Palen from my dealer at the 2002 New York (Long Island)show. I missed him as I was already on the plane back to Kansas that Sunday PM.
Rodney was the guitarist on the Rosie O'Donnel Show at the time and my dealer (guitarsnjazz.com) called to say that he was going to have it on the show the next day. I caught a glimpse of it which was quite a thrill for this Kansas farm boy.

P.S. Rodney and George Benson are close friends so Rodney had to have a Palen Archtop just like George.

Very cool, he is a great guy and fantastic player. He just loves the guitar! Well its 5 am and I am about to get on a plane to GAL in Tacoma.
