That is sweet. I really like the dark binding. Could you share more info such as the specifications?

That's a knockout guitar.  Beautiful woods.  How does it sound?  What type of fan bracing did you use.  Details, details, details!

Super job, Marc. Very nice execution of the slots and string ramps. What bracing pattern did you use and how does it sound?

Thanks John, Gary, Waddy. Its 650mm, symmetrical seven fan, spruce, maple, macassar bindings, gaboon and span. cedar neck, macassar head plate, gaboon fingerboard, EIR bridge, bone nut and saddle, hide glue throughout, solid backlinings, dentalones for top. I bought the Rosette, it's handcrafted in Tula, Russia. All wood but bridge wood came for local hardwood store.

Sound? Sounds great to me, but it is really hard for me to be objective after finishing, need some time.

Very nice Marc

Sweet bit of maple and great job on the FP to. What kind of spruce on top? Nice bit of curl and very even grain too.

Cheers

Kim

Thanks Kim, Sitka, I think. I cut it from a billet I bought from a guy from Oregon over the internet a couple of years ago. I've bought so much wood since then I don't remember anything else about it.

Thanks, Tracy, Dave, James,

I made my own plan, mostly used measurements in Roy Courtnall's book from various guitar makers. Average classical measurments overall. Plantilla design using the circle and straight segments method. Tried to keep the circle centers near the centerline of the guitar and on the max and mins of the bouts, no reason, I just like symmetry.

Very nice Marc!   Only your 2nd.?   WOW!

I really like the black center lam. on the neck, follows the look of the binding and the back stripe perfectly.

Oh, you wanted constructive criticism.  The stack heel bothers me, the rest of the guitar is major cool.

I'd say it's a winner! Fantastic...even if it was someone's 20th. Congrats on a stunning instrument.

I'm not a fan of classicals, but this is a winner for sure! Excellent lines, beautiful woods, and outstanding craftsmanship.

I LOVE maple! And yours looks so nice.
Beautiful guitar!
As a critique, going only on the pictures, I'd say the green in the rosette looks a little at odds with the rest of the guitar which is in "natural" tones. This is just a personal preference. (I know a lot of masters used green in their guitars' decorations.)
