The outpouring of support for Kevin is really incredible. Here is another auction.

Bob Cefalu (RC Tonewoods) has donated some really special woods.

Included are:

a *** HOT *** set of macassar ebony
your choice of a Lutz, Italian, or Carpathian sound board
bindings
matching headplate
matching fingerboard.

Bob says that he woudl be happy if others wanted to contribute items like we did in the last one.

Good luck, and remember all the proceeds go to help Kevin get through the tough time his injury is causing.

THIS AUCTION WILL END MONDAY @ NOON EST...

Wow off to a great start. You guys are great. I just want to note that the Macassar set is a 4 pc. back. I will glue the 2 halves if the winner wants. This set is really gorgeous in person. Happy bidding.

Thanks for disclosing that Bob...I could see that but understand that the auction is about more than what the wood is worth and all about how we can help Kevin. Thank you (and all of the other suppliers) who have given of your stock (and your profit) to make these auctions possible.

Nice curl to the Maccassar by the way...it will make a killer guitar

Thanks Wade. A few more things I forgot as I was anxious to get this going today. Also included are matching bridge blank, kerfed linings, addtional headplate for rear of headstock and if the winner wants I can make up some matching bindings.Headplates are large enough for endgraft and heel cap. It's for a very good cause and like Shawn said it will make for a killer guitar.

Well, why not? I'll add a 5-piece neck blank. Mahogany/maple/rosewood center.
Can't think of a better cause....
