There is a lag between the time that they receive the order and when they ship, and these are shipped freight not through delivery services so "when" they come is a little less predictable.

The reality is this is a TON of strings (perhaps literally) and involves much more *industrial* ways of doing business than either Lance or I are used to.

So we are learning here. As I said before every time I think we have it sorted out we appear to step in another hole.

When I made that post the D'Addario folks had everything they needed from us and everything was all systems go.

As I have said before, if anyone wants to back out, that is perfectly fine we will understand. This really turned out to be a much bigger undertaking than either Lance or I realized and we have learned a lot.

In the end though all problems aside we are getting a fantastic deal on these strings and I am sure that once all of this is behind us everyone will be pleased.

We apologize for the delays and missteps.

What I did was go in on a gross with another OLFer so I have to wait til he gets the strings and then ships my part to me. Oh well,I'm still confident and patient I will get em in April
Thanks Lance and Brock. What a nightmare... ( a Ton of strings!)

Lance/Brock,

Let me know when you get them, I may up my half gross of mediums to a gross, that will give me a gross each of mediums and lights I think.

I was hoping to get my boxes and labels prepared so that when my gross arrives I can just quickly break them down and ship them out to my 4 participants.

Does anyone have an idea what size boxes would be required to ship 18 and 36 string sets?

I would possible be interested in a half gross of Med in addition to the light gross I am getting. Maybe even a whole gross but I don't know. I can't even remeber what the prices were. If you wanted to post them again that would probably be helpful.

When it comes to shipping to Canada make sure you ship by regular post, not a courier.

Yes Please, the courier brokerage fee will kill us.

But I think I have my order going to a friend just across the boarder.
