Andy, that's a real looker. I think you handled the flamboyance of the ebony just right. (It didn't get away from you.) I still like that rosette, and think it was a grand choice for this guitar.

like the rest, i think the guitar looks stellar. beautiful choices and execution.
is that a typical herringbone purf or is that something else - and where did you get it? i love the way it contributes to such a solid, bold boarder when seen from a distance like in that first shot. really helps one see the beauty of the L shape.

I have not always used a soundport, but I have on the last 4 guitars and I like
it. Also, most customers/ friends who try a guitar with one seem to love it.

My back is fairly thin at 0.080 and my braces are ladderstyle but taper out
towards the rims.
