Brock I think you should make a decision and stick with it. There is no way everyone is going to be happy.

"Que Sera, Sera"
Yes, and thank you Brock, for all you have put into this to make it come together, and for the flexibility you've shown. Good show!

See you at 10AM Eastern.

Dennis

As you said, Brock, there is no way to make everybody happy. At any hour of the day, somebody is working, driving somewhere, sleeping, sitting on the can or something.
So just start it whenever. It will not fit everybody's schedule but, hey, let's just be thankful for what we get out of all the hard work that has gone into setting this up, which we did not have to do any of.

And rather than grouse let's just give Brock a big

Grant

Yeah Grant your right.I wasn`t trying to imply anything other than what I thought would be fair. And what fits into my schedule may not fit for someone else.So be it.No harm intended Brock.

10 am is the time. Could you maybe make it 11:30 or so, Monday is my day off and I usually like to sleep in some.........

I have a question too- Is there a way to see if someone has edited their page? I was looking through them and realized many of them have changed to have more stuff but you can only tell which ones by going through them all. Is it okay to bump yourself back up when you edit (after it has started of course)?

Thanks Brock, this is by far the best swap meet yet and it hasn't even started yet.

Brock,

I think you have done everything that could be ask of a fair and reasonable man to do in order to make this work as an even playing field for all concerned. The time thing is out of your control, 10am is a know factor for all players now, nothing unfair it's just the way it is and we must now all adapt.

Hat off to you for the way you have structured this event, opening the thread was a good move and clearly demonstrates the level of your integrity.

Well Done and thank you.

Cheers

Kim

This is just in hind sight but really, this swap meet and probably the next ones should all start on a Saturday morning.

That way the majority of people around the globe will not have a work conflict for the opening day.

So lets remember that for the next swap meet. Start it on a Saturday (all the Auzzies will just stay up Saturday Night drinking and have a grand old time )

10am Eastern works just fine for this west coast boy

Thanks for the comments guys. I agree this is going to be the best one yet.

With respect to the threads. I have been going in and removing the "re:" at the front so everybody starts with a "clean" thread, but starting tomorrow I will stop doing that unless I see it is going to cause an editing problem.

Plus every post into the thread will bump them back to the top of the list. I fully expect that this will go into 2 pages, so good deals might be found on page 2... so dig deep.

:-)
