Lance, is that case from cedar creek? If so, is it the 600 series? I have 7 cases on order from them but it seems to be taking a while. I guess they are busy, only 2 US companies I know of who make cases.

John - Yes it is a Cedar Creek, AVS series - it took about 6 weeks IIRC to get it made.
I really like it alot - my only complaint is that its quite heavy, that said, its probably a better built case than what im use to.

   I really admire that top view that is so smoothly arched. The reflections have NO distortion. Excellent prep work

John - thinking about the top prepwork -
I remember having a nice email exchange with Mark Blanchard and he told me to use a nice hard sanding block NOT an ROS for the top - I did that on this one, it does make for a dead level surface. I used a 5X8" oak block and 220.
