Thanks yet again guys
Bruce H The moon is made of gold pearl. It has a few swirls and such which gives the surface a texture that is a little realistic.
Russell this was a commission. It ships out tomorrow. There are lots of electronics inside, undersaddle pickup and a small microphone that you can see peeking around the edge of the soundhole. I don't know how important the unamplified sound of this guitar actually is.

Great Work John.

Your guitars are always beautiful, and now that I have played one, I know they are among the ultimate in tone as well.

I am getting a long lay up of comissions building again.
Let's get the doggy going :o)
If your ready let me know!
Thanks!
Craig

That is one fine-looking-music-making-easy-on-the-eye guitar!

Great work!

very nice indead John. Your stuff is awsome.

Now where do you get the smallest screws on the planet for your truss rod covers? I need to get a box.

Rod
Those screws come in the box with the Waverley tuners. They always package some extra and I save those until they are needed.

Thanks all for the kind words. I have been trying out my new photo setup. It needs some fine tuning, I can see that but these pics are my best so far. I bought two sets of construction lights, 2000 watts total, and now I need to filter the light some.

John,
If it sounds as beautiful as it looks, keep in vault when not playing.

You guys see what a burden it is to have such a talented older brother? If you think he's always raising the bar for your work, well then you can pity the poor younger sibling!

Great job, bro. Looks like retirement is agreeing with you.

I don't know about all this raising the bar talk. (sounds vaguely like a cingular ad) I have not seen one guitar posted here that didn't get well over that mythical bar, however high it may be at this point. My brother never mentions that one of his guitars, a 000, was referenced as one of the top 5 guitars at the last GAL convention. Talk about a bar raiser.

Anyway, you all are very gracious and I do appreciate your kind words and I am a reciprocal fan of your work. Something about seeing posted pictures of what we all are doing that I find inspires me to want to do better.

Well said. And everyone said Ah-mayen!
