I've been hoping you'd post some photos of this "mistake" guitar, and man, it is lookin' good! Let us see it when it's finished, too! Oh, and be prepared to make another, once this one starts circulating.

Michael, I hope you let us know what you think of the sound on the thinned SJ. The thinner side really make for a good looking guitar and that great looking wood really makes it look outstanding.

Will do! The shell should arrive today. I will purf the thing this weekend and hope to get it preped and start spraying as well. Another couple three weeks I should be intonating.
