Russell, I'm going to guess here OK? Coco from Andy, purfling from Touchstone? Looking really good though since it's been breathed on by a master. Still got the pink carpet though!

Your on the Money, Colin

Top is Swiss Euro from Touchstone, Maple Bindings.

I've switched over to Karin Rost for most of my pre made purfling these days as I prefer their wooden BWB and Touchstone have major supply probs with their supplier. This was jsut some I had hanging around that seemed to go with the guitar

I like that rosette. Sort of creates an optical illusion. In the first post, from a distance, it makes the center wood appear scalloped, on my screen anyway.

I've used a couple of the Master grade Swiss tops from Touchstone, really fabulous stuff. Just sent off an order to Karin Rost.

Up to your usual standard Russell, don't froget the sound file when it's finished, finish French Polish?

Gorgeous guitars Lance! As usual...

Russ, nice work too. That purfling is exactly like Shane's at HighMountain. He calls his 'coral snake'... I have some on hand and after seeing you use it in a rosette, I just might have to ... borrow that idea!

Oh, that sapwood is allright, if you're into that kind of thing, I guess...
