I had the guitar at our New England Luthiers meeting yesterday, where I was pleased to get some favorable responses from other builders there. I have to say it's a tad intimidating to turn around and have guys like Al Carruth looking at and playing my guitar. My friend Steve Spodaryk, who spent better than two years working under julius Borges was there with a ziricote/cedar OM, and a couple of the folks wanted to A-B the two guitars. NO WAY! I'm not anywhere near that league! Steve makes fabulous instruments, well beyond my ability or knowledge. Please...don't do that to me!!!

Oh! And I got to see Vivan Eckers OO again...man I love that guitar!Don W38397.6066782407
