I hate to make things complicated, but is there a way for those of us in this category to support/subscribe to OLF? I don't need another copy of Guitarmaker or Acoustic Guitar Mag ... would love to get the mug and T-shirt, though! Perhaps subtract the cost of annual ASIA membership, or the like?

Or, another random thought: we may have folks participating who aren't able to come up with the funds for subscription. Maybe there is a way for some of us to anonymously sponsor a subscription for someone (and get a mug )

I didnt read the whole thread but I would need to pay with a money order - could someone please PM me with some info on how I would go about doing that?

Money sent Lance and Brock and thanks for putting this up for all of us, 2006 was a great year for me and i'm looking forward to spend another great year building with my OLF folks!

With over 1000 members it would be nice to have the vast majority of us identified as subscribers. The forum has been a valuable part of many of our lives and we should do everything we can to support and grow the asset.

Another benefit of the forum is the possibility of group buys that can save many times the price of the subscription. And then there are the auctions and "garage sales" and trades that occur all the time.

But most important of all for me...the forum has saved me more money in avoiding mistakes as well as correcting those that just happen. It's the best resource for increasing my skills that I could have ever dreamed. And finally...I really value the friendships that this forum has made possible. That stuff is just priceless.

After you have paid using the paypal button, PLEASE fill out and submit the form found HERE

It will also tell us what Shirt size you need.

If you have filled this form out already for your 2007 subscription, don't do it again, as that will only confuse matters

I will update everyone avatar with "Subscriber" at a later date.

There is no official deadline for this, we will be taking subscriptions all year. BUT after January 1 we will only be stocking L and XL size shirts. SO if you have a need for a different size, it would be wise to subscribe soon.

Very well said JJ, i will only add that to keep such a nice website going, Lance and Brock will surely need to upgrade hardware and software(sorry, not a computer geek as you can see! ) in the future.

Since every newbie will be addicted for the rest of his/her life after building their first instruments, better get that subscription for all the savings one can get with it. When i renewed my subscription, i had the camaraderie in mind, i too made many friends here that helped improve my skills to a level i could not have imagined, have i continued building on my own, my friends soon became bros and sis and all of this was possible because this great forum called the OLF exists so it's my way of repaying to the community for such a great year.

Thanks to the hosts and to the members who also subscribe.
