Good to have you Mark, and I absolutely love Montana!!!, especially the western edge, but really the whole state. Never lived there but have traveled there several times. Shot some real nice photos of an old ghost town in Bannack. I can't wait to go back.

Ron

Lance, I think our first OLF meeting should be in Collier Row, a suburb of London.

Roy, why don't you send us all a couple pounds of coffee for Christmas?

Yeah, I guess that's a little far, Paul. You could probably build a guitar during the flight.    Course I would love to have the meeting in Australia, too. I need someone to show me how to play my didgeridoo.

Hey Heath--
We have friends in West Norwood. Is that anywhere near you? So next time we're in the neighborhood....
You know, looking at the far-flung locales of the members, the prospect of international travel seems much more do-able now. Australia, Italy, Wales, England, the Netherlands, even Arkansas!

Should be a great trip.

Sherwood Park, Alberta   Canada Just east of Edmonton. Where we have a winter desert. The humidity drops to about 20% because of the freezing weather. Good thing there are humidifiers. Mine is running already.

Terrace, British Columbia, Canada on the banks of the mighty Skeena River. Go to Vancouver and look north northwest about 500 miles and you will see us. You wanna drive, 1000 miles up the Fraser River canyon and through the interior of the Province and then hang a left. And I am only half way to the Yukon!

Believe it or not, I've been there. My step-father came from Trondheim, we spent 6 weeks over there back in '75. A beautiful place Norway.

Currently living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands...but originally from St. Louis (by way of Evergreen, Colorado).

I moved here to be closer to a Colier Row, a suburb of London!

Wow, I guess this makes three OLF members I don;t live too far from. I'm about 15 minutes from Mike M. and 30 minutes from Wade. Gary Cote is from Hookset (currently wintering in Key West) which is only 10 minutes from me....I suppose I should find time to get to those New England Luthier meetings.

I used to live in Mt. Pleasant!    Is the Embers restaurant still there? Man, about a 20 lb. BBQ pork chop was their signature...

DennisLeahy: Not prying, but what on earth would make you leave James Island (beautiful place) for the Nort...uh, Duluth.

It had to be love, or money, or both. If love, please send photo of wife/girlfriend, etc. cause that has to be some woman!

Hey, that's pretty amazing! When are you coming back?! Look me up, we'll have a few Dahl's if they're still making it (local beer, big Oslo company bought it up, now they want to shut it down ). Funny thing, when I bought some koa wood from "Notable Woods" last year, the owner Burce Creps told me he had been here too. Small world.

Tell you what, Steve, sometimes it seems like we're that far-flung.
