Doing some surfing tonight and came across this web site. Some pretty neat tips n techniques for building. Might be old news to some but was new to me. I was especially intruiged with his approach to fretting where he trims his fret ends flush with a simple jig and then sands them with a shooting board of type.

The fixture for holding down the fret ends while gluing was pretty simple and effective-looking.
