I've got a K2 3925 G machine that will be shipping out Monday Jan. 22nd..and I'm really stoked to see what I can accomplish with this. Electrics, acoustics, inlay, furniture, duck decoys, turkey calls, RC plane parts, and many other things are on the list at the moment..

For CAD/CAM I purchased Rhino CAD along with Rhino CAM and Art CAM. Rhino CAD & Rhino CAM seem to be a great value...Art CAM seems to be "neat" but I probably won't be using that quite as much.

Here's a rendering of a Singlecut I'm working on in Rhino.. still have to build in that center section but I'm pretty happy with the design overall.

I'll be sure to post again once I get the machine running (should be delivered 1 week from monday!)..

Hi from Germany,

just wanted to add that I use Rhino3, too.

To me this software is a great value for the money, compared to other (high prized) software. It has all that I need, no limitations.

Just my 2 cents.

Better grammer coming soon.

Regards,
Martin

I checked around quite a bit...I've got experience with a good number of 2D & 3D systems...Rhino was definitely the most bang for the buck!
