I ordered a belly-up bridge for a Gibson Guitar from this out, sent payment on January 11. Nothing happened. They did not respond to my several emails until January 31 !!! Telling me that the item was out of stock. The John Doe who runs the business is treating me like s__t and I have not received a legit refund !!!
They seem to have a high rating from most of their customers, which is just frustrating Believe me, allparts.com or stewmac.com or lmii.com is a better bet for buying guitar parts.
