I hope this is ok to do here, but I just wanted to take the time to say that Tracy (Luthier Suppliers) has been excellent to deal with.
After browsing through the OLF I saw many great reviews of the Centerline Finder Jig that Tracy sells so I decided to order one for myself.
After opening the package I found that the jig had been broken in half during shipment. I took a couple of pictures of the jig and sent them to Tracy (I'm quite confident that with Tracy's value of excellent customer service he would have been just as understanding with only my word, but I didn't want to leave any doubt so I decided to show him the pictures). Tracy was very understanding and although it was out of his control, apologized for the trouble. He sent out a replacement today and showed his concern by asking to let him know if the replacement arrives ok.
Regardless of whether or not the replacement arrives undamaged, Tracy deserves to be recognized for the outstanding service that he provides to his customers. Customer satisfaction is clearly an important factor to him and it shows.
I have purchased three radius dishes and the centerline finder jig from Tracy and will not hesitate to purchase from him again.
To anyone who is thinking about purchasing from Tracy (Luthier Suppliers), Go for it! He is a pleasure to do business with!
