Wow! Nice, Serge! That contrasting stripe on the fingerboard turned out really well. The whole thing is turning out really well!

I'm wondering...did you get a backbow on your 'board by fretting off the neck? If so, did you have any problem flattening it out?

Thanks fellas!

Carlton, yes, there wass a curve in the whole fretboard but it disapeared once glued to the laminated neck. The fretboard was really straight prior to the slotting, everything comes back straight on the neck if clamped really tight. Thanks!

Thanks Hesh, yes, always fun when me and Alain get together, he told me to hurry up and to string her up already!

Thanks James! Do you mean the binding on the fretboard or the box?

Thanks Dave! I might FP the top, for the back and sides, i plan on varnishing, wet sand and FP over and finally buff over it all.

Wow Serge, you are building a really nice looking guitar! I've always wondered how you guys do the back of the headstock veneer with the volutte? Do you bend the venner to fit? Clinton
