Has anybody ever bought from absolute case? They are not a case manufacturing company but a case dealer. They sold TKL, Cedar Creek, Canadian, lots of good cases.
I have a major problem with them.
I ordered a case from them back in October. When the case arrived it didn't fit quite right so I ordered another one and sent the first one back. I emailed him to make sure I didn't need to do anything special when sending it back and he said I didn't just to send it back. I emailed him a few weeks after I new he had time to get it and asked him when the money would be refunded. I never heard from him. I started emailing him once a week and haven't heard from him since. And not one of my e-mails has come back. His site has also been down for a while, it says they are updating. I'm afraid the guy has gone out of business and I'll never get my money. If I had known this was going to happen I would have kept the case that didn't fit!
Is there anything I can do? What would you guys do if it happened to you?
