I have the six-inch set and they are awesome for neck shaping. The ten-inch may be a bit big to work the transitions from neck to peg head and neck to heel, especially if your neck is attached to a body. That said I usually use the last inch or two of the file in these areas and the short file is plenty long enough. Louis |

Using the ten inch set and theyre great for working necks. Dont however use them for working tuner slots on a classical....easy to end up with off square slots. How did I find this out...dont ask ![]() |
