While applying my zpoxy this afternoon I was suddenly alarmed by
several "dry" spots. By their position, mostly along the binding/body
seams that it is Titebond residue.

This body has been sanded to 400 and none of these spots can be felt or
seen with the naked eye

I also wiped this down with mineral spirits to look for imperfections
before ever starting the pore filling.

Anyone ever experience this? Any words of guidance on what I should do
next?

Thanks

I haven't experienced this, but I would scrape the area in qustion making sure to remove a very light shaving in that area and re-seal.

Thanks for the tips on removing the residue but what will that do to my
zpoxy filler?
Can I just apply a fresh coat on top of what's left of the zpoxy after
scraping or is all this zpoxy going to have to come off?

You can always add more, Chris...it won't be a problem. It's more important to remove the glue residue now or you'll regret it forever!

I had the same problem. Scraped and refilled. Still there, did it again, that worked. Just for good measure, I sanded all the back and sides, not back to bare wood, and gave them a thinned coat 50/50 DNA and Zpoxy. Looks great.

Chris, it's glue alright. Scraping or sanding until they're gone is the only
way to get rid of them. They will look just like they do now under finish if
you don't get rid of them. Now is the time to do it... you'll be glad you
did.
I use naptha to get them to show up. Sometimes wiping with water will
make them show.
