This may be old stuff to some but you've got to check out this site...www.pandora.com

It allows you to set various "music radio stations" by typing in a favorite player, singer, group, etc. In addition to playing the favorite's music it chooses other artists who are similar...a great way to become exposed to new music you may not have otherwise known. If you don't like the selection picked, you just click the "thumbs-down" icon and it goes on to another.

I have about 5 stations that I listen to depending on my mood. It's also possible to randomly select music from your stations. I've been listening for a week now and am amazed. It's all free and fantastic!

Let me know what you think.

I can't wait for technology to reach Arkansas. Being on dial up really puts a damper on a lot of things.    I'll try it at work.

Thanks, J.J. This is really cool!

"Thirsty Boots" turned up a very good afternoon of acoustic music.

Yup, they've got Phil Keaggy. How'd they do that? Amazing JJ. Thanks.

I have been playing with this for a while.... it is great.

I have found though that it works best if you pick a single song as the seed and let it build your station around that. It does a much better job of zeroing in on what you want your station to be.
