It doesnt say he can read Billy - it says there is an article on making a D28 - most likely with great pictures - thats what Hesh is commenting on . I think Lacey reads to him before bedtime though, once he's had his warm milk and cookies

Hesh wears "undies"? I never realized he was a cross-dresser. I just assumed he wore boxers like the rest of us.
