I know I'm not telling you guys anything that you don't already know, but Bob, the Zootman, is awesome. I stupidly broke a set of sides I purchased from him and he really took care of me. Whenever I'm looking for new zoot, he is my first stop, always.

Bob and the rest of the sponsors around hear are great. Every one that I have dealt with has gone beyond what I experted in the way of service and standing behind their products.

Way to go guys.

He went out of his way for me too. He treated me like a friend even
though it was the first time I'd ever picked anything up from him.

Bob, you rock.

I too broke a set of sides, Bob replaced them at a very reasonable cost. Than like the bone head that I am, I broke one of the second sides and being who he is, Bob found another set of sides for me to match the back and was also at a reasonable cost.

Bob, you really are a great supplier and friend.

Bob is the best friend I've never met.

Long live the Zootman!

I must say everyone I have had dealings with through this forum has been outstanding also!

Yup, I agree.

Got my beautiful myrtle from Bob from the US in five days (three working days). I'm really chuffed with it. He even has a talent with packing the stuff...how did he know that I split my boxes open with a knife? There was a length of cardboard placed discreetly along the cut time!!!

Guess he understands that a lot of us don't have patience when it comes to opening packages!!!!!

I've been here awhile and never saw an explanation.
So I'm prepared to be ridiculed and the butt of jokes.
I have to ask, What does “Zootman” mean?

Remember the old Zoot suits? Bob is called the "Zootman" because of the flashy wood he sells. I believe there are even some photos floating around.

I'll "A-Men" all the kudos for Bob.  He treated me right, and he sure didn't know me.  He also turned me on to this site .Clap
