Just another pat on the back for BobC of RCTonewoods.
I had paced an order for a curly RW top a long time ago with Bob and ask him to hold it for me while I make up my mind on some other stuff I wanted. By the time I had made up my mind, around 6 month had passed.
When I had finally placed my order, Bob packaged it up perfectly and sent it without delay to Australia. When I received the parcel a few days later, I was a little disappointed to see that there had been a mix up and the wrong top had been sent so I contacted Bob and his response was immediate. He scratched through the zoot cave and sent me some images via email.
So, around 4 or 5 days later, I had the original top that I had ordered in my hand here in AU, yep the Bobster had sent it express airfreight from the USA for nixs, nada, noth'in. Now I don't know how much stuff you guys send around this planet via express airfreight, but I can tell you this. Any profit margin that Bob was to make on this sale was gone there and then. Now that is what you call a commitment to service.
So folks, once again the old saying rings true. You just can't judge a partnership until things go a little south, and through Bob, RC Tonewoods shines through as a very good partner to us all.
