My timing was bad on the long thread, so this question was missed by most. For those who've met him, how does Somogyi pronounce his name? Hard or soft "g"? Pronounce the "yi" as "yee"? Eastern European strangness like soh-MOHJ? Please, no quessing. Only if you know for certain. Thanks. |

I asked him that in February. He pronounces it a couple of ways. He says the Eastern European way is not very easy for those in the USA, so he defaults to su-maj-ee. I can't remember the Eastern European pronunciation. |
