The LEG guitar, which stands for latifolia experimental guitar, in this case a Grand A! Check out the page and Michael Payne's early rendering. Thanks Michael and Walter too, the gambler. ![]() Michel provided an original high res picture of the actual woods. For me I'd have to duct tape four Gateway fifteen inch LCD screens together to see it all at once. Gee Michael, how big is your monitor? ULN approved. |

Bruce, Good luck with the project and let us know what you learn. Are you going to thin the top a lot more to get it to vibrate? Are there any other considerations which are different other than the materials? Hopefully the project will yield some good data, BUT, I gotta admit, that is going to be one dog-ugly guitar! ![]() ![]() Cheers! John |

a little virtual patience Lance, Michael's on it, we're talking rosette here. You know, measure twice, cut once. John, I don't know the details yet. Since this is uncharted territory I may just have to fly by the seat of my pants! |

I don't know...I think it could be kinda pretty! Bruce, good for you for trying this. I hope it turns out to be a great guitar. If an all-koa guitar can sound great, why not an all-EIRW guitar????? |
