Todd, very cool. I am getting ready to build something like that. I can't see from your pictures how the linear bearings for vertical movement are mounted. Do you have a photo showing that? Thanks

Todd you are indeed the prince of jigs! Cool design. If making the motor mount proves more hassle than it is worth K2CNC sells them for various routers.

Looking at your design -- which is really slick -- its really a pin router on rails.

thats just a vendor who doesn't want to risk a low auction price and ensures his profit and then some by charging exorbitant shipping. i buy a many things on ebay but i refuse to by from that ilk.

At least they are allowing for local pick up. Its not too far from where Sweetie works, so I could, if traffic is cooperating, leave Everett after work and get there before they close. They are still padding things even for a local pick up. There's a $10.00 handling fee. Still, its better than the $28.67 they want to send down to Federal Way.
