Is the above already a Martin shape? (12 f body longer than 14 fret OM) Has anyone done this-results?

I've done a 13 fret neck on a 000 body. Used a longer scale (25.7") and this kept the bridge almost exactly in the same position as a 12 fret/24.9 scale. If you go with a 14 fret neck, you will pull the bridge off the "sweet spot" found on 000-12 fretters and closer to the soundhole.
But it is a "doable" alternative...sort of a round shouldered dreadnought, shrunk down a size or two.

If you put a 14 fret neck on a 12 fret body .. unless you plan to add a couple frets, you will most likely also be moving the soundhole the same amount as you shortened the FB extension .... on most 14 fret guitars, the soundhole centre is 5 7/8 or 6 inches from the neck joint.

and the x-braces so they coincide with the new bridge location.

Yes of course on the braces .. every time you either change the scale, or the neck joint, or both, the bracing needs to be reworked.

I just shipped one of those a little while ago. I've made a couple, and they work well, giving a lot of the 12-fret body character to the tone while allowing for better high fret access. I'm not going to say that the argument about keeping the bridge in the center of the top is totally bogus, but it's quite possible to move the 'acoustic center' of the top a reasonable amount by some judicious brace work and not lose the tone.
