Hi Guys.
Can someone tell me the size of the "Fender" Logo on old style pre-CBS strat headstock?
How big is the word "Fender"-length, height, etc, and about how much room is there for a straight worded logo in general on the headstock in that area. I need to design a logo to fit that shape, and any info would help. I don't have a template

I dont know if this will help or not, but I saw on e-bay a couple of listings for the fender decals for guitars. They had the older style and the newer styles available and the cost wasnt too much as I remember. You might want to check out ebay?

62 re issue in my shop ....

length - 1 3/4
F height 11/16
d height 9/16
other letters between 3/16 and 1/4 (first e)

the whole fender stratocaster name on the decal is about 3 1/4, but at the end you get close to the B string tuner bushing
