Wow - that's amazing looking stuff. I would love to hear a sound clip sometime....with 2 dogs, I like the paw for the sound port too. I think my girlfriend will want that option when I build her one...too bad I'm all out of BW Ebony ![]() |

Thanks all Steve, it is black MOP alternating with white MOP in a rope pattern The filler is ebony dust with BWB purfling lines |

Another really nice looking guitar... how you find the time to be so prolific at such a high level of fit and still have a day job I'll never know. That wood is so dramatic; it's really quite striking. Forgive my ignorance, but what is the 'BW' in 'BW Ebony'? -Ringo |

Ringo The BW is Black and White. Bob the Zootman had this unusual BW ebony about a year ago. Definitely different from Macassar. Much more striking contrasts. |

Youve done it again AZ! Nice job - I need to find some cash for some of that ebony - what seems cool to me is that the figure seems almost like the brindle coat of a dog - you really seem to make it work bud, Hmmmm mabye when your offering your guitars you can offer them in the following ways mutt or purebred for learner and professional models respectively. and you can offer fawn, mottled, or brindle, for regular spalted and mac ebony{and similar} wood grain selections LOL ![]() ![]() ![]() Keep up the good work Andy and keep us up to date on your travel guitar progress Cheers Charliewood |
