I just finished making the jig for Stew Macs
Mortise and Tenon Templates.the directions say that when the guitar body is clamped onto the jig, with the soundboard against the jigs upright, the mortise in the body`s head block can be cut properly at a 90 degree angle to the soundboard. The thing is when the guitar is clamped the headblock doesn`t sit flat against the jig without shimming it up a little bit.Does anyone know the proper way to use this thing?
