Monkees left on the island of St. Kitts acquired a taste for alcohol from the femented sugar cane left over from rum and sugar production. Now these monkees satisfy their taste for alcohol by raiding bars and beaches.

Interestingly, the same percent as human don't drink alcohol at all and the same percent drink all they can get while most drink moderately. This shows that penchant for alcohol may be genetic.
Most interesting, in the end of the vid, when the monkees get older they don't drink alcohol anymore but prefer to use it to French polish guitars! Finish preference may be genetic too!
