I purchased some art online and decided on road trip to retrieve it. Here are a few pictures of the trip: Storm brewin' on the plains.... We slept in the car and woke up to this.... We took over 500 photographs. What a view... 38 degrees F and light snow, 15 to 20 MPH winds, brrrr... |

Those storms all missed us while we were on the road. We had wonderful weather and a great time as well. I just watched a news clip of Denver. They had four inches of grape size hail around Coors Stadium Tuesday. Pueblo to the south had some golf ball size hail.... We left just in time to miss that. Oh and two tornadoes were spotted, no damage from those.... Kim, I got home to OLF Swap Meet Zoot too, that was a great week of deals.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Lillian, my old art instructor from Toquerville, Utah and Casper, Wyoming, Stephen Naegle. You can read about him here: www.naeglefriends.org He was killed in a car crash when he was 42. This is my attempt to let the world know he was a great artist. I've been updating the website, started with my personal four Naegles, folks have contributed theirs, and now there are over three hundred paintings on my memorial website built in his honor. Just seemed like the thing to do. Oh, Lillian, thanks for the Classical book by Irving Sloane, and yes I found the two bucks you slipped me on shipping, that was for gas to go to the post office..... ![]() |

Now I remember. I really like his work. I can see why you would want to share his works with the world. Over 300 now? I'll be spending some time there. We opted for mass transit delivery to the Post Office. Sweetie took it to work on the bus and then walked it, and any other packages to be shipped from the bookshop, to the Post Office. I hope you enjoy the book. |
