I would like to invite guitarmakers in the LA / Orange County area to the next SIMSCal (Stringed Instrument Makers of Southern California) meeting on June 21st in Long Beach to hear Rick Turner speak to us about "Sound Enhancement".

You may have read Rick's comments in the most recent Acoustic Guitar Magazine article "AGM Roundtable: Pickup Manufacturers". There were some interesting concepts for "strictly acoustic" makers, too. The article is on-line at the Acoustic Guitar website.
