Just finished three corian radius blocks. It was almost as messy as making a radius dish and I'm sure just as deadly with out a mask ( yes I had mine on). I made three, an 18", 12" and a 8" and while I had the jig set up I made a caul from mdf. Thanks Tommy C for the post on the jig, it worked like a charm. Now on to the McClary jig.

Thanks All

Peter

Peter,

They look great, do you have a link to the jig that you mentioned that TommyC posted? I had a look but could not see anything.

Cheers

Kim

Those are darn purty...almost as nice as that neck you are clamping up. Kudos.

Kim,

Try this http://www.luthiersforum.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=11745 &KW=radius+block#forumTop

and if not serch the archives for radius block. I think it's the first thread. The jig is real simple.

Thanks

Peter
