Gaps finally filled I'm finally starting my finish! Behlen's rockhard per Al Carruth's instructions (from the archive). A guitar spinning slowly in the wind makes a picture hard to compose! |

Looking good, James. I'm interested in hearing how you like the Rockhard varnish. |

James! That looks great. None of us would have known about the asymmetrical thing or the gaps if you hadn't told us. I could have just been a new design concept. |

Thanks guys! Wayne, I'm interested too The body shape is slightly changed from Traugott's smaller guitar. It's also different on each side. But this is 16" at the lower boute. I'm excited to show you guys what's going on with the headstock, but I don't want to show it until everything's everything is complete. Hesh, I definitely recall. I recalled every time I saw yours and hoped My guitar will have its warts, unfortunately, all stemming from my blunder with not shaving down the back brace ends, but the tap is really good. |
Gaps finally filled A guitar spinning slowly in the wind makes a picture hard to compose!
Aah that's noth'in, try putting a rope round your ankles and at the same time slowly spinning in the wind in the opposite direction with your camera upside down, now THAT would be a challenge Looks great James, voluptuous shape, nice rosette, and ya just gotta love da hog. Cheers Kim |
