Hey Guys,
Just thought I would throw this out to anyone whose interested:

I am selling my Woodmaster drum sander on eBay and I imagine that it
will go for pretty close to my starting bid price of $1100. I need to
unload it which is why the price is low. It would be great if I could get
more but I don't think that will happen. Anyway, it is in great shape and
is most definitely a big step up from most of the other sanders on the
market. I had a Performax 22-44 before this one and there is simply no
comparison.

I live just south of Daytona Beach. The auction is for pickup only. You
don't see this machine on eBay at this price and in this condition very
often. It would be nice to pass this on to another guitar builder.

My intention for this post is not to advertise for my auction - I should be
able to easily sell it. I just thought someone in the OLF community that is
in the Southeast might be looking for one.

Here is the auction link:

Simon,
Congratulations on moving up in the tool world, although as for drum sanders you are near the top. Even the Timesavers for $10k more do not sand any better. I own a 38" model Woodmaster and can't imagine ever going back.
Good luck in your newly improved business move.
chris

I had one, and it was a great machine for the money.   I moved up to a Halsty wide belt, but if I were setting up another small shop, the Woodmaster would be in there for consideration.
