Hmmm. Reading number 14 Guitarmaker last night from 1992, I see where Ervin Somogyi had a fire losing not only his home, but his shop, and tools, and $70,000 of aged tonewood. There was an appeal for folks to help Ervan financially. Reminded me of the Durso effort recently. Again, thanks Tim for caring for one of our own and making him know we care. |

It was truly a pleasure coordinating the effort and seeing such an outpouring of volunteers come to Marc's aid. Thanks again to all of you who helped and also offered to help after the deadline. May God bless each and everyone of you for your kindness!

Tim I recieved a very nice thank you e-mail from Mark. He was very appreciative. He also posted pic's of some of my wood on the 13th fret.  It was my pleasure to donate to a worthwhile cause and kudos to you for coming up with the idea.
