I also had the pleasure of meeting David last winter.He definately is unbelievably knowledgeable, and a joy to be around.I`m looking forward to another visit on my next trip to A2.All of us here on the forum could benefit by a trip to his shop. James

Man, if I had known you had battered fillets maybe we could have worked out a trade. It's quite possible that they came from the same fisheries. |
