Case Extreme cases. They are the clam shell cases that your existing case goes into.
I bought them as I was flying to Montreal this year and shipping the guitars was cost prohibitive.
So I was sitting on a plane today in Dallas and watched my guitars being loaded off the conveyor. One...Two...Three...wait, #4 looks kind of cocked funny, "OH @#$%". Crash from the top of the conveyor to the cement tarmac below. Boy, howdy, did that ever put a damper on my day. I still had two hours in Dallas and a 4 hour flight to SF to worry about it.
Well, I just got in and checked everything out. All is fine and dandy with the exception of the battery coming out of the battery clip on one with a pickup. But I don't know when that happened.

Anyway, if you are in the market for a product like this, don't hesitate.
I'm going to drop them a line when I get home and have access to my mail folders.

Glad to hear everything survived okay.

I bought one a couple of years ago, too, and have been extremely impressed.  You might want to get a few more of the closed cell inserts to fit your case to the inside.  I had some move on me on one trip, though not enough to have the hs case move.  I am considering velcro to keep them in place.

I'm happy with the one I have as well, though the inserts do move around - or the case is being inspected by inspectors who don't put the inserts back where they belong. I've sometimes opened the case to find the hardshell case within resting smack up against the wall of the case Xtreme case, because the inserts weren't holding it as they should have been. So, I've been trying to think of a solution to this. More inserts, maybe... or velcro maybe... or... ?
